We have unique company custom of celebrating the staff of 30 years of birthday at work.Today was the day for Yokoyama san. He has worked 6 years and now 30 after University graduation.He prepared the power points to explain us his background , project history and activities in our company.
It might give wrong idea of our MA from the title above, but we have monthly MA that decides our rules and in which we talk about any topics that our staff submit by all staff.Since it was the first MA of 2018, the topics were rather basic thoughts to review our consensus.
Last week of 2018, Jan.17, I was in Nagoya for giving seminar for over 350 participants of some Japanese Bank New year party.Since it was the party of big bank specialized in Japanese small and medium sized enterprises, most of the participants were presidents of each companies and male and whatmore almost of people there were more than my age(^^
Today we had 15 visitors from Cambodia , Laos and Vietnam as on-site company visit.They came to Japan under the study session of JICA for entrepreneur improvement study for two weeks in Japan.And today is their secod day of study session.How come they visited Acroquest?Our company was introduced by Prof. Sakamoto of Hosei University as for one of "Management of Making people happy" companies. Well, I am greatly honored.
As I said yesterday, I met G san tonight with my colleague.G san was there as not different as before in talking style, and that could be a bit more talkative(^^So I understand that was a considerable present from him after some time of reunion.He stayed in our company only 1 year and 3 months nearly 10 years ago, but how could we talk like old friends as today!
